The Technical Requirements Of Multifunctional Water Pump Control Valve

This standard is applicable to the multifunctional water pump control valve with the nominal pressure for PN1.0MPa-PN4.0MPa, and nominal diameter for DN50mm-DN1200mm.

The standard technical requirements is introduced as follows:

1. pressure - temperature degrees

The control valve pressure of the multifunctional water pump - the temperature level is controlled by the pressure and temperature level of the shell, internal parts and material. The maximum allowable working pressure in a certain temperature of the multifunctional water pump control valve is the minimum working pressure of the shell, internal parts and material in this temperature.

1.1 the iron shell - the pressure and temperature rating shall comply with the provisions of GB/T17241.7.

1.2 the steel shell - the pressure and temperature rating shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9124.

1.3 for the material that has not stipulated the pressure and temperature according to GB/T17241.7 and GB/T9124, it can be stipulated according to the provisions of the relevant standards or design.

 

2 the valve body

2.1 the body flange

The flange should be the whole to the valve body. The iron flange type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T17241.6, and the technical conditions shall comply with the provisions of GB/T17241.7; Steel flange type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9113.1, and the technical conditions should comply with the provisions of GB/T9124.

2.2 the body structure length

2.3 The minimum wall thickness of the valve body

The minimum wall thickness of the cast iron valve body should be consistent with GB/T13932-1992 provisions, the minimum wall thickness of casting steel valve body shall comply with the provisions of the JB/T8937-1999.

 

3 the bonnet and diaphragm seat

3.1 the bonnet and the diaphragm, the flange connection type of the diaphragm and body should be adopted.

3.2 the joint bolt used for connecting the diaphragm and the valve shall not be less than 4.

3.3 the minimum wall thickness of the valve cover and the diaphragm should according to the requirements stated in 2.3.

3.4 the flange of the bonnet and diaphragm seat should be circular. Flange sealing surface model can be used flat, convex type or concave and convex type.

 

4 the valve stem, slow closing valve plate, the main valve plate

4.1 the connection of the slowly closing valve plate and the valve stem should be tight and reliable.

4.2 the sealing type of the slowly closing valve plate and the main valve plate should adopt metal sealing.

4.3 the main valve plate and valve lever must be sliding flexible and reliable.

4.4 the main valve plate and the main valve plate seal can be used for metal seal and non metal seal.  

 

5 the diaphragm

5.1 the diaphragm performance should comply with the provisions.

5.2 the appearance quality of the diaphragm shall comply with the terms of HG/T3090.

5.3 when applied to drinking water, the safety of the diaphragm material should comply with GB/T17219 rules.

 

6. the control pipe system

Each element of the control system should be able to bear the maximum working pressure of the valve, and the parts shall not leak.

 

7. materials

7.1 the material selection of the key parts should according to the provisions of the JB/T5300.

7.2 the copper alloy castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12225; Gray cast iron castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12226, and its tensile strength should be no less than 200mpa; Ductile iron castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12227; carbon steel castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12229; austenitic steel castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12230.

7.3 the appearance quality of the steel multi-functional water pump control valve castings shall comply with the provisions of the JB/T7927, iron multifunctional water pump control valve castings appearance quality reference to the provisions of the JB/T7927.

 

8.shell strength

the shell strength of the multifunctional water pump control valve should comply with the provisions of GB/T13927.

 

9.sealing performance

the sealing performance of the multifunctional water pump control valve shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13927.

 

10 cleanliness

The purity of the multifunctional water pump control valves shall comply with the provisions of the JB/T7748.

 

11. coating

When applied to drinking water, the safety of the multi-function water pump control valve inner cavity coating material shall comply with GB/T17219 rules. The surface coating does not have the specified stipulation, and the special requirements indicated in the order contract.
